Turkey Pepperoni with Cream Cheese.
Ingredients:
17 quarter-sized slices of Spicy Turkey Pepperoni (such as Hormel)
1 tablespoon Fat Free Cream Cheese

Lay the pepperoni out in a single layer on a baking tray. Toast in the
oven for 2-4 minutes until crisp. (alternatively, microwave for 30
seconds to 1 minute until crisp).
2) After the pepperoni slices have cooled, bab cream cheese on each pepperoni slice.
Enjoy.
P.S. Needless to say, you don't have to crisp the pepperoni, but I find it provides a satisfying crunch.
